Steps

Boil the milk to make dense upto 300ml. Add sugar,bay leaves, cardamom.

Cut the bread into round shape with the help of a lid.

When the milk becomes cool,removing bay leaves, spread it on the breads.

Again boil the milk to make denser.

In a cup mix the milk powder and the liquid milk. Add it to the milk.

Turn the gas off and make it cool.

Cut the dry fruits into slices.
- 8
Malai is ready. Pour it on the breads.
- 9
Garnish with dry fruits.
