  • 2 cupsrice
  • 4 cupswater
  • Chicken breast cut in pieces boneless
  • 2lbs
  • Cilantro
  • Onions
  • Green peppers
  • Red peppers
  • Salt as your taste
  • Garlic
  • Chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Cool the boneless chicken raw bites into pot with garlic, green/ red peppers, cilantro, chopped onions, salt and pepper as your taste

    After 5 minutes of cooking add rice and 4 cups of water add salt and pepper to your taste

    Then cover for 10 minutes and stir gradually.
