I mixed rolled oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, honey ,vanilla, Spread it on a baking sheet, press it down a little, and bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool completely stirred in some dried cranberries. Give it a good mix! That’s it! Enjoy!

Fruit and Nut Granola
I found a couple of basic granola recipes in my cook books and did some experimenting by combining them until I got something I liked. With this recipe, you can do a lot of customizing with the types of fruits, nuts, and seeds you use. It would also serve as a basic recipe to go off of if you want to try some new flavor combos on your own!
