એક પેનમાં તેલ ગરમ કરવા મુકો. હવે તેમાં સીંગદાણાને ધીમા તાપે ક્રિસ્પી તળી લો.પછી કાજુ ને તળી લો.લાલ દ્રાક્ષ લઈ લો મીઠો લીમડો તળી લો લીલા મરચાના ગોડ રીંગ કરીને તળી લો.

હવે બધી વસ્તુ ને ચારણીમાં મુકી રાખો પછી પૌવા તળવાના ઝારામાં પૌંઆ તળી લો પછી તેને ચાળણીમાં ની કરવા મૂકો હવે તેમાં બધું મિક્સ કરીને બધા મસાલા નાખો મને બરાબર હલાવી લો હવે ઠંડુ થાય એટલે એરટાઇટ બરણીમાં મા ભરી લો તો તૈયાર છે આપણો પૌવા સિંગદાણાનો ચેવડો
