Take besan in a bowl add all dry masalas.

Then add little water and make a semi thick batter. Add food colour and curd, give a nice whisk until well combined.

Now add all chopped veggies. And mix well. Keep aside for 5 mins.

Now take a non-stick pan, add little oil to grease the pan then add a ladle batter and allow it to cook on low flame. Once the upper part become little dry flip it and let it cook on the other side. Make sure to keep the flame low.

Now your tasty chila is ready to devour, goes well with green chutney or sauce. Enjoy with family and friends.
