Ingredients

  1. Frozen rolls (23)
  2. 8 ozfrozen spinach
  3. 10 oz.Canned artichokes
  4. 1/2 cupsour cream
  5. 1/3 cupheavy cream
  6. 8 ozcream cheese
  7. 1 cup mozzarella cheese + 1/4 cup
  8. 1/4 cupshredded Parmesan cheese
  9. 4 clovesminced garlic
  10. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  11. 1 tbsolive oil
  12. 3 tbsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a 12” cast iron skillet line the outer edge with frozen rolls turned sideways (approximately 23)

  2. 2

    Put a bowl with 5” diameter in the middle so there is space for dip. Brush rolls with 2 tbsp melted butter and let rise until double in size

    In a separate pan sauté onions and garlic in butter and olive oil then add spinach and artichokes. Sauté 2-3 minutes to combine flavors

  4. 4

    Add in remaining ingredients and stir until all the cheese is melted

  5. 5

    Remove bowl from skillet and pour the dip in the center

    Bake on 350 degrees 20-25 minutes
