This is simple yet delicious north indian dish which is high in protein yet easy to cook. Serve with hot phulka/roti/paratha

Crumble 250 gm of paneer by hand

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, let it splutter. Add finely chopped onion and green chillies. Saute it till onion turn golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste.

Saute till raw smell of ginger garlic goes away. Add tomato and salt as per taste and saute it till tomato becomes soft

Add dry spices.1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/4 turmeric powder. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder. Mix well

Add crumbled paneer. Cool for 1-2minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves

Serves with hot phulka/roti/parantha
