Bhatki macher paturi

In a mixing bowl add 2tbsp curd,3tbsp mustard seeds paste,mixed well. Now add 1tsp cumin powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder &salt. Mixed it. Now add 2tbsp mustard oil and bhetki fish. Marinate for 30 mints.

In a pan take a banana leaves and keep turning the leaves for few seconds. Now take the leaves,add fish and 1 green chili, cover it like this.

Now in a karai add 2tbsp oil and add the paturi,covet it for 5-7mints on low medium flame.

Cook it for 10-12 mints. Bhetki macher paturi is ready to served.
