Wheat flour chilla

In a vessel add wheat flour, rice flour and rava.

Add water and form a thick consistency batter.

Now add salt and ajwain.

Then add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and garlic paste. Mix well.

Now heat a nonstick pan. When it's hot grease with oil and spread the chila batter over the pan and sprinkle some oil around the chila. Allow it to cook.

When it's brown on one side flip it and cook the other side too.

Once cooked on both the sides nicely remove and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
