Preheat oven to 425°.

Mix together 1/2 cup flour, 1 Tbl sugar, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 3 eggs and 2/3 cup milk.

Heat a 10" cast iron skillet with 2 Tbl butter in oven until butter is melted. Remove skillet and add 2 large peaches that have been peeled and sliced. Spreading evenly on bottom of skillet.

Pour batter over peaches. Mix together 1 Tbl sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon, and sprinkle on top. Place in 425° oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Note: Apples may be used in place of peaches.
