Rava dosa

Collect the ingredients.

Grind the rava in a mixer to make fine powder.

Take a bowl, add rava mixture, curd, wheat flour.

Add salt to taste, mix well.Add water little by little.

Mix well. The batter of rava dosa is ready. Cover with the plate. Rest for 15 minutes. Add baking soda.

Mix well. Heat non-stick tawa. Sprinkle some water on tawa. Clean with the cloth.

Pour rava batter tawa, spread one tsp oil on it. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. In the same way,prepare all the rava dosa.

Rava dosa is ready to serve with peanut chutney.
