Pineapple Raita

Pineapple Raita is a refreshing, creamy and delicious twist on the classic Indian raita. Fresh pineapple is gently cooked in sugar water until soft and juicy, then folded into seasoned chilled curd. Black salt, roasted cumin, red chilli, fresh coriander, mint and chilli flakes add the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, spicy and refreshing flavours. It is an easy side dish that pairs beautifully with pulao, biryani, parathas or a festive Indian meal.
