This popular Sea fish is a very popular fish and makes for an excellent table fare in most parts of the Country. It is a lovely flavourful fish and hence tops the menu cards by the name of King Fish or Surmai. It is loved by all the Seafood lovers for it's amazing taste and texture. It doesn't require any special preparations to enhance it's taste and therefore I have kept it simple in the terms of adding the spices to it. And not only that, it's done very quickly too. So there is absolutely no need of frying it for too long. As it's a Sea fish, it's very awesome in taste plus there are very few bones in it. And it's very rich in Proteins, Omega 3, Vitamins A, D, B6 and B12 which are beneficial for enhancing Eyesight and elevated Blood Pressure levels.

Steps

Marinate Fish with all the ingredients mentioned and refrigerate overnight for best results.

Next day, deep fry them few at a time in hot Oil on a medium high heat until crisp and done. The amount of spices can be altered according to one's own preference.

Serve them hot with plain boiled Rice and Daal. Or any other Curries or Gravies. Enjoy!
