  • 250 gmLauki
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Red chilli to taste
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 200 mlwater
  • Ingredients for yogurt:
  • 1/2 kgyogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilli to taste
  • Ingredients for Baghar:
  • Oil as required
  • 2-3garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2-3green chilli
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Oil mein zeera aur lauki daal ke fry karein.

  2. 2

    Piyaz, namak, mirch, haldi daal ke bhon lain, phir pani daal ke lauki gala lain.

  3. 3

    Jab Lauki gal jae aur pani sookh jae to lauki ko halka sa bhone lekin zada nahi, thore chunks rehne chahiye.

  4. 4

    Lauki ko thanda kar lain.

  5. 5

    Dahi mein namak aur kuti laal mirch daal ke mix karen aur lauki daal ke mix karen.

  6. 6

    Raite ko baghar ke hare dhaniye se garnish karen. Mazedar raita tayyar hy. Rice ke sath serve karen.
