Jab Lauki gal jae aur pani sookh jae to lauki ko halka sa bhone lekin zada nahi, thore chunks rehne chahiye.

Lauki ko thanda kar lain.

Dahi mein namak aur kuti laal mirch daal ke mix karen aur lauki daal ke mix karen.

Raite ko baghar ke hare dhaniye se garnish karen. Mazedar raita tayyar hy. Rice ke sath serve karen.
