It's suitable for fasting and can be made vegan by simply replacing the honey. It's super chocolatey like a milkshake and completely healthy! 💯👌 What more could you want from a smoothie? 😄 There are certainly many more nutritious smoothies we can make daily, as I wouldn't recommend replacing a green smoothie with spinach and fruits like the "green power" (recipe here 👉https://cookpad.wasmer.app/gr/sintages/14501773-green-power-proino-smoothie?invite_token=yKTq5R4XR4zeEEWV6WFRBGDgshared_at=1616077918) with this one... but every now and then, it's nice to indulge with the illusion of being a little naughty! 😁 So... enjoy it! 😉☺️

The amount of honey varies depending on how ripe the banana is and how sweet you want your smoothie. Sweetness is subjective 🤷 I used 2 teaspoons, and the banana wasn't very ripe, and it was just right.

Put all the ingredients in the blender.
