Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1chicken breast
  2. 4sliced mushroom
  3. 100 gmpineapple cut in blocks
  4. 50 gmgreen onion
  5. Oregano
  6. Crushed Black pepper
  7. Plain flour for coating and making sauce
  8. Red crushed chillies
  9. Lemon juice
  10. Butter
  11. Milk

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with salt, crushed red chillies, lemon. Coat it with plain flour and toss it on a pan. For making sauce add butter and oil in the separate pan and add 1 tbsp of plain flour toss it for a bit and add milk.

  2. 2

    Keep on stirring it to avoid lumps. It's time to season now add oregano, black pepper and salt Acc to taste. At the end add mushroom pineapple and spring onion.

    For dishing out keep the chicken on the plate and pour the sauce over it and enjoy with wedges 🥳.
