  1. 5-6bread slices
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1 tspvanilla
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. Cream for decorating (optional)

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients to make batter.

  2. 2

    Flatten the bread slices by rolling pin. Roll into logs. Dip into batter.

    Fry in oil. 1-2 mins on each side or until golden brown.
