Steps

Firstly take all the ingredients together, clean n wash n grate n chopped all the veggies.

Heat the kadhai pour oil if oil is hot add chopped garlic, ginger,

Green chilli n saute for a minutes add all the grated veggies one by one.

N mix it well add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegarn salt,

Mix it well add some spring onion n Coriander leaves n water as per require n boil for 5 minutes make a cornflour slurry.

Add into the boil manchow soup add fried noodles n mix it well add again little water n let it boil another 10 minutes.

After that add chopped spring onion n some Coriander leaves n cook for 2 minutes now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy Chinese style manchow soup is ready to serve.

Serve hot in a serving bowl sprinkle some spring onion n Coriander leaves with fried noodles n enjoy hot.
