Yummy Bhindi recipe cooked with Chopped okras tossed in a spicy simple gravy of tomato and magic masala.

Chop bhindis into two halves after washing them thoroughly. Chop tomato into slices.

Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper with 1 tsp mustard seeds. Add 1 tsp curry leaves and green Chilli. As nice aroma starts coming out, put tomato slices in pan.

Toss gently. Add chopped bhindis. Fry them. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp Maggi Masala magic. Cook till raw smell goes away.

Add water as Bhindi gets fried. Cover with a lid and Lower the flame.
