1 slicesandwich bread
1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
Salt, pepper
Oil

Steps

Cut the avocado and mash it with a fork. Add salt, pepper, oil, and lemon juice. Mix it and set aside.

Toast a slice of bread in a toaster. Fry an egg and set it aside. Spread the avocado on the bread, and place the egg on top. Add salt and it's ready.
