In a bowl: sliced bananas, lemon juice and a little of caster sugar (rum optional)

Dough: mix butter, caster sugar, 1 egg.
Incorporate the sieved flour. - 3
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
Spread the dough on a baking tart tin.
Prick it with a fork.
Cook for 10mins at 200 degrees - 4
With a spoon arrange the banana slices.

Add to the rest of the maceration juice a beaten egg.
Optional add more lemon and caster sugar if necessary. - 6
Pour it on the bananas.

Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Watch it, because the dough which absorbs the maceration juice must be well cooked. - 8
