Ingredients

  2. 1 packagegelatine
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1large ripe mango, seeded + diced

    In a bowl mix water, sugar, and gelatin until fully dissolved. Purée 3/4 of mango chunks and whisk into water mixture. Stir in milk. Add remaining mango chunks. Chill in refrigerator for approximately 2 hrs or until set.
