Steps

Wash properly & dry with cloth lady finger. Cut it in stomach side slightly not into 2 piece.

Take a pan add oil 2 table spoon & shallow fry bhindi for 2 to 3 minutes. Put it out. Add 1 teaspoon oil & roast onion slices.

Put it out also. Now again add oil roast jeera ajwain & sabut red chilli. Now add chopped onion & stir fry till colour change. Add ginger garlic paste & again roast.

Now add all dry masala& the paste of 2 tomato. Roast this masala till oil separate. At last add fry bhindi & onion slices.

Mix all ingredients very well & cover it for some time on low flame. Now add seeds less tomato on ready bhindi.

Now sprinkle garam masala & kasuri methi. It ready.hotle style bhindi do pyaja.
