Green moong stuffed parathas
RecipeFor stuffing
Soak 1 cup whole green moong for 3 hours minimum
In a cooker now add
Soaked moong
2 chopped green chillies
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
Heat for 5-6 whistles
Open cooker
Cool the moong mix - 2
Now roll on a rolling board
Make puri size and then stuff it with the moong mix
Fold it.
Roll into a large roundlets. - 3
For dough
Knead together
1 bowl wheat flour
Salt
Carom seeds(ajwain)
In Warm water
Let it rest for 20 mins
