    Clean samp and soak overnight

    Add boiling water and On a low heat cook your samp until samp. If your samp was previously soaked it will take about 2 hrs

    Mix cream of chicken, amasi, aromat, mixed herbs and turmeric. Add the mixture to your cooked samp.

    Once the samp and mixture is well cooked. Add butter to your samp.
