In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and water. Knead it to form a dough.

Keep the dough aside and prepare the filling separately.

Take a pan and fry the chopped garlic, cabbage, onion, capsicum and carrot together.

Once done, add black pepper, vinegar and soya sauce to it.

Now take the dough and make small balls from it.

With a rolling pin, roll out small circles, enough to form the outer covering layer of momos.

In a separate bowl, add 3 tbsp of cornflour and add water to it. Mix it together to form a paste.

Now dip all your momos in the slurry and cover them properly

Crush the cornflakes in a plate and roll the momos in them. Ensure that the momos are completely covered with crushed cornflakes.

Finally, heat oil in a pan and fry the momos until golden brown.

Serve them hot, with tomato sauce or green chutney.
