Creamy Cauliflower Soup

Cut cauliflower to small pieces. Chop the onion. Slice the garlic.

Add cauliflower to a small pot, then add 4 cups of water. Heat to boiling and continue boiling for 5 minutes.

On a sauce pan, melt the butter. Then add onion and garlic, and cook till onion is transparent.

Reserve 2 cups of cauliflower boiling water. Remove cauliflower from the rest of water. Mix onion, garlic, cauliflower and reserved boiling water together. Blend it till smooth.
(Note: Cool down slightly before blending.) - 5
Pour the blended mixture back to the pot, heat to boiling and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Add in the cheese, milk and spices. Mix well.

Delicious Creamy Cauliflower Soup ready to serve!
