Pav Bhaji

Steps

In a pan add butter, all masala powder except pav Bhaji masala. Add onion and water cook few minutes and then add ginger garlic paste.

Add capsicum, tomatoes and water cook till mashed. Add green peas, salt and pav Baji masala.

Add potatoes and coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Add lime juice.

In a tawa add butter and pav cook both sides. Pav Bhaji ready to serve.
