Heat oil in a deep pan enough to fry your rice. Wash your rice and add to the oil. Stir continuously to avoid sticking together. Fry till rice is brown in colour.

Remove from the oil and drain in a colander. Leave in the colander for excess oil to drain out.

Slice your vegetables. Put rice in a pot and add enough stock or water to cook the rice. Add soysauce and all seasoning. Allow to cook till rice is tender and almost cooked. Add your sliced vegetables. Stir thoroughly.

Break and whisk egg in a bowl. Season lightly with white pepper and salt. Make scrambled egg. Add your scrambled egg to your pot of rice

Stir thouroghly till well combined. Cover and allow to simmer. Serve hot. Best accompanied with grilled chicken or fish
