My Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/8 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  5. 1/4 tspground cinnamon
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 3-4bananas mashed
  8. 1/2 cupbutter (1 stick)
  9. 1 cupgranulated white sugar
  10. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  11. 2eggs
  12. 1/4 cupbuttermilk
  13. 1/2 cupchocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5 loaf pan

    Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. 》》DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!《《

    Mash bananas and set aside.

    With stand mixer or hand held mixer, cream together the butter and the sugar. Add 2 eggs but 1 at time. With mixer on low add in the buttermilk and vanilla until batter is just combined. NOTES☆☆
    》》 If you don't have buttermilk it's just ¼ cup milk and tsp vinegar and lit sit for couple minutes.《《

    Next add your flour mixture and add the bananas and chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.

    Lastly, in your prepared pan pour in batter and bake for 1 hour. Let cool before slicing.
