I cooked this again 🙌 This is definitely one of my most favourite recipes in Cookpad!! My husband said “This is super hyper urtra delicious(in Japanese)”. I’ll share a tip to rehydrate porcini later! Thank you Hurry!

I finally bought Porchini to make this recipe. And I’m so surprised that this is 10 times easier to cook than I thought(because it’s fancy, I thought it’s a bit more difficult to cook). It’s so so good and my room is now filled with the aroma of Porchini! Thank you so much @hurry !!

I made two modifications:- used fresh chestnut mushrooms- replaced cream with milk + tiny bit of flour for thickness.Still tasted amazing and mum said this is the best pasta she’s ever had 😊 thanks for sharing. Next time I’ll make sure to have all the ingredients and cook it again.

Thank you @hurry! I did your recipe and my wife and I loved it! We used tagliatelle with tartufo pasta we bought on our last trip and this combination was even better than we could imagine!
