  • 4bread slice (cut in to halves)
  • 2large eggs
  • 2 tbspsugar or to taste
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspcream
  • As required oil

  1. 1

    Crack the egg, add sugar and milk whisk till sugar dissolve. Then add cream and whisk again.

    Now dip bread in this mixture, heat the oil and shallow fry each bread piece from both sides. Serve with tea.
