Steps

Soak thick poha for 10 min and then drain the water

Add oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, uradh dal, ground nuts,curry leaves, green chillies and onion. Saute well.

Add all the chopped vegetables one by one and soute well
- 4
Add Turmeric powder and salt
- 5
Add the poha, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.

Serve hot
