Ingredients

4 people
  • 200 gmThich poha
  • as requiredTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 2 tbspGround nut
  • 1 tspMustard seeds, uradh dal-
  • as required curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves
  • as required Oil,
  • as per taste salt
  • 1 cupvegetables(onion, potato, capsicum, carrots, beans,peas)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak thick poha for 10 min and then drain the water

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, uradh dal, ground nuts,curry leaves, green chillies and onion. Saute well.

  3. 3

    Add all the chopped vegetables one by one and soute well

  4. 4

    Add Turmeric powder and salt

  5. 5

    Add the poha, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve hot
