Sauce
Corn starch mixed with a bit of water
Shao xing wine
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Dry ingredients
Onion
Ginger
Scallions

Steps

1 hr

1

Cut onion and ginger into strips. Cut scallion into 5cm strips.

Cut chicken into small cubes.
3

Fry onion and ginger first. Then fry chicken.
4

Add the sauces as see fit, add in corn starch water to thicken sauce.
5

Add in scallions and Sesame oil for last step.
