  • 1/2 cupchopped orange
  • 1/2 cupthick curd, whisked
  • 1/2 Tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 Tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tspchaat masala
  • 1/3black salt
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • As tasteSugar (optional)
  • as requiredWater optional
  • as requiredFresh mint

Steps

    Blend all ingredients mentioned and make the lassi.

    No need to add ice cubes, if taken directly from refrigerator.
