as per taste Salt
as per taste Red chilli powder
1/4 spoonGaram masala
1/6 spoonGinger garlic paste
as required Water
as required Refine oil

Take and peel them.Now wash them properly and cut into round shape.

Add gram flour,all spices and required water. Mix it well.

Now heat refined in a kadai and fry potatoes. Aloo pkodas are ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
