Take maida in a bowl,add salt.Add water to make a dough.Cover and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan,add chopped garluc,saute 1 minute.Add chopped onion.Fry till translucent.Add all vegetables and sauces.Mix well.Put off heat and let it cool.

Now pinch tennis ball sized dough,make 10-12.Roll into puris.Apply oil on one puri,sprinkle maida,put another puri,sprinkle maida and put third puri.Roll all three together into 8"roti.

Heat a griddle.Put the roti on tawa,flip afte 30 seconds.Cook 30 seconds on each side.Seperate the all 3 sheets.

Prepare all like this.Put 2 tbsp stuffing on 1 sheet,apply some slurry and roll as shown in pucture.

Prepare all rolls like this.

Heat oil and fry rolls on medium heat till golden.Take out.

Chicken Spring Rolls are ready to be served.

Serve with sauce.
