Fried Snacks (Idli)

At first, cut the idli into 4 pieces.

Take a kadhai add oil and let it heat. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and turmeric powder. Add green chili and onion. Fry it for 2 minutes.

Add sambhar masala and tomato. Mix well. Add salt, red chili powder, dry mango powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and fry it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

Then add cut idli and mix everything well for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add coriander leaves and garam masala. Mix everything well.

Turn off the flame. Now fried idli is ready. Take it out on a plate.

Serve hot and enjoy with tomato ketchup.😎😎
