Firstly, soak the chana dal overnight. Then blend coarsely with rest of the ingredients.

Now, grease the mould/tin and pour batter and steam 15 mins on medium flame.

After that, take out the tin and once it cool completely then crumble it.

Heat pan, pour oil, Mustard seeds, Seasam seeds, curry leaves, Green Chilli, saute them.

Add water and sugar, once sugar melts, add crumbled khamani, mix well, add lemon, stir it well. Off flame.

Servings: Take out in plate, Garnish with coriander leaves, pomegranate and Nylon sev.
