Today, we're making a sweet cream cheese frosting version.The choice of cream cheese is because it maintains a 'buttery appearance' even after baking. Due to heating, the cream cheese develops a rich and thick flavor. Additionally, erythritol does not dissolve when heated, creating a sugar-grain cream cheese frosting texture.

This is the first time I patiently made successful and delicious bread!This recipe is a combination of all the recipes I found, and it was a success on the first try. It's super delicious!Tips:1. You can substitute 300g of all-purpose flour for the cake flour and bread flour.2. You can substitute 3g of dry yeast for 4.5g of instant yeast (let the dry yeast sit in warm milk for five minutes before adding it to the other ingredients).

Tangy and not overly sweet. Makes enough for 12 cupcakes.

It makes a big batch, it decorates over 48 cupcakes, if you need less just cut the recipe in half!!. I used this recipe for my bridal shower cake and everyone loved it. Not too sweet, just perfect!!
