સૌ પ્રથમ એક થાળી માં લોટ લઈ તેમાં બધા મસાલા નાખી ગોળ અને તેલ નાખી હાથથી એકદમ ચોળી નાખવો...

રીંગણાં અને બટાકા માં ઉભા કાપા પાડીને તેમાં લોટ ભરી દેવો...

ત્યાર બાદ એક નોનસ્ટિક પેનમાં તેલ મૂકી ગરમ થાય એટલે ભરેલા રીંગણાં અને બટાકા નાખી દેવા....અને હળવે હાથે હલાવી ને ઢાંકી ને થવા દેવું...આમ શાક તૈયાર થઈ જાય એટલે ગરમ ગરમ સર્વ કરી શકાય....
