Assemble ingredients, make a paste of mustard seeds along with green chilli.

Steam broccoli upto 50 - 60 %

Fry marinaded Pabda fish till golden brown and keep aside.

Fry steamed Broccoli florets and keep aside

In moderately heated pan / kadhai, add oil and allow to heat then add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle. Add mustard paste + 3 tbsp water and sauté till paste cooks well.

Then add 3 cup water + turmeric powder + salt + red chilli powder and give 5-6 times nice boil under high flame.

Cook gravy for 3-4 minutes under medium flame.

Add fried fish and cook further for 3-4 minutes under high flame, simmer and cook by adding chopped coriander for 1 minute and dish is done. Lastly add 1/2 tsp mustard oil and stir well.

Serve with hot plain rice to enjoy the winter delicacy.
