સૌ પ્રથમ એક પેન માં ઘી મૂકી મખાના ને હળદર અને મીઠું નાખી ને થોડા રોસ્ટ કરી લેવા....

ત્યાર બાદ બાકીનું બધું સમારી લેવું અને બટાકા,મકાઈ ના દાણા અને બી ને બાફી લેવા..ત્યારબાદ લીલી ચટણી અને ખજૂર ની ચટણી તૈયાર કરી લેવી...

ત્યાર બાદ એક ડિશમાં મખાના લઈ તેની ઉપર સમારેલી બધી વસ્તુ નાખતા જવી અને તેની ઉપર જરૂર મુજબ લીલી ચટણી અને ખજૂર ની ચટણી નાખવી...ત્યાર બાદ તેની ઉપર લીંબુ અને સેવ નાખી ભેળ સર્વ કરી શકાય....
