Giulia 🌺 @julia_passioncook19
Bruschetta with sausage and cream cheese, a delicious appetizer typical of Tuscan cuisine, thanks to the recipe by @ivana75cucinadimimi. It was simple and truly a new discovery! Let me know what you think!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, place the sausage without the casing, breaking it up roughly with your hands or a fork. Add the cream cheese and mix well with a fork.
- 2
Cut a small baguette in half, then cut each half again to get 4 slices of bread. Spread a generous layer of the mixture on top.
- 3
Place the bruschetta in the basket of an air fryer and cook at 355°F (180°C) for about 9-10 minutes, until a nice crust forms. Remove and serve, and voilà!

Bruschetta Picada
Throughout the week, I was thinking of ways to make taco more Italian style. Immediately, I thought of bruschetta but wanted to figure out how to incorporate the tacos without overloading it. Ultimately, I came up with this. The downside? While access to most ingredients during the panic buying of COVID-19 are becoming scarce and many stores raising prices to most meats, I had to get a bit creative. So I bought rib-eye and carved it down to a picada style.

Bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes
I am a huge fan of tennis and Rafa’s!! 🙂 who ever enjoys tennis would know who he his..:), I played tennis most of my life and would have continued to play if I wasn’t hit by a car a couple of years ago…but that’s another story and I won’t go into that now, I am fine no issues with my arm I just can’t play anymore.Anyway, once the tennis season starts I am in front of the tv rooting for Rafa, and I kind of really get involved in the whole match by jumping when Rafa wins and maybe a bit of yelling after all I am a fan. hahaha 🙂 🙂 🙂 Since the season has started I enjoy making appetisers to eat while I am watching the match or matches. I do enjoy watching other tennis players like Federer, Dimitrov Murray, Wawrinka, Tsonga Goffin, F. Fognini, Baghatis and many more. So, this is one appetiser that I enjoy making, the combination of the sun dried tomatoes with olive oil, soooo yummy and one more appetiser which I will post later Oven Baked Feta Cheese. 🙂 Both delicious and quick I hope you enjoy this recipe 🙂

Cured Ham, Mozzarella and Caper Bruschetta
I composed this recipe as finger food for dinner parties. Pairing wine with cheese in this easy to eat flavorful appetizer.Prep ahead of time. Do step 2 and keep in a tupperware container. Keep olive oil seasoned with herbs, spices, or salt and pepper; it'll hold for a while. This goes great with a chilled dry white, medium body red, champagne, or aperitif. Recipe by HaradaKiTN

Tomato Bruschetta
Since lots of tomatoes were given to me, I tried to come up with an easy recipe that would let me use them up.Add chili sauce if you'd like. It will be delicious as well. It will also be good on crackers instead of slices of French baguette. Recipe by suzu-ren

Bruschetta with Smoked Salmon, Ricotta, and Mint Pesto
A little creativity can turn leftover ingredients into a surprising dish. I had some sandwich bread that I cut in half and toasted in the oven. I spread some leftover ricotta mixed with a bit of olive oil and pepper. I added smoked salmon and mint pesto I made the other day with extra virgin olive oil, Grana Padano cheese, and almonds. And there you have it, dinner is served.

Basic Tomato Bruschetta Dip
Ever find your basic tomato bruschetta getting a little unwieldy to eat, what with all those little pieces of tomato falling off everywhere? I did, so I started making a dip of it instead.Finely mince a large beefsteak tomato and put it in a bowl, grate a small garlic clove into the bowl, season to taste with salt, add some finely chopped fresh basil, and add a good glug or two of olive oil.You still get all that yummy flavor, and breaking off pieces of bruschetta and dipping it into the mixture softens those stabby crust edges. You can easily double this recipe.

Bruschetta Caprese Chicken over Bowtie Pasta
I cooked what I like. I have ideas in my head and then cook by taste, sight, and experimentation. YES this recipe has LOTS of garlic and we love it! You can adjust to your taste.

Brad's sweet bruschetta appetizers
There are two cheeses and two garnishes. The base flavors are the same for both. I used an earthy creamy sheep's milk cheese, and a harder cow's milk cheese that was on the sweet side, but made with merlot wine. The objective is to dance on two sides of flavor. This is an idea recipe. The odds of finding these exact ingredients are slim. But please use the idea to create your own amazing appetizers.
