  • 3/4 cupOil
  • 1 tbspZeera
  • half tspCrush chillies
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Green chillies for garnishing
  • Salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Oil garam Kar k usme zeera add Karein phir boiled Aloo mash Kar k add Karein.

  2. 2

    Dry spice add Karein. Phir isko bhune.thoda thoda paani dal k.

  3. 3

    Jab bhun Jai aur oil alag hojai.. tou coriander leaves aur green chillies se garnish Karein.
