Today I have made tasty tiffin recipe egg sandwich. It's very quick and easy to make.

2boiled eggs
6breads slices
3 tbspmayonnaise
1 cupsmall cut red, yellow, green belpepper
2 tbspgrated carrots

Salt to taste

First take boiled eggs and grate them. Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

Take a bowl add all ingredients except butter and mix it properly. Sandwich filling egg mixture is ready.

Take bread slices and apply butter on one side and place a generous portion of eggs mixture on the butter sides of bread slices and cover with another slice of bread and press gently.

Now cut the sandwich into triangle pieces. Egg sandwich is ready to serve.
