2 ingredients recipe for all those Jackfruit lovers like me. You can use some Himalayan Pink or Arabian Sea Salt if desired but otherwise too, it tastes amazing. Use of organic Coconut oil is recommended by me but you can use any light flavoured Oil.
These taste so yummy that one can eat this many times. It's so very delicious. Simple yet an elegant one. You will love it's flavour and aroma plus the crisp texture as well.
Sweet and juicy, freshly baked Jackfruit Chips are absolutely a must in Season.
Canned varieties also can be used if not available at some places.
The best part is that these get done so quickly and hence it's important that it's done under proper vigilance.
Enjoy Baking with Zeen!

Steps
- 1
Wash them all clean. Remove the seeds from each bulb of the fruit. If you can cut them into strips, it's better. Use a kitchen scissor for this. Or else just tear each bulb with your hands as you do for a paper.
- 2
Preheat your oven on 200° C and set the timer for 30 to 35 minutes before you deseed. Until it's all ready, the oven gets nicely preheated. Meanwhile spread them on a baking tray.
- 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or little more as required. That's it. The whole kitchen fills up with a lovely aroma as they are done.
- 4
Serve them as required. They become more crisper as they cool down. Enjoy!
