AalWash basmati rice and keep it soaked for 1/2 hour. And keep pea leaves, carrot, tomato, onion pieces separately.

Now put ghee in a pan on gas and add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and green neem and asafoetida, add onions, tomatoes and saute. Add all the vegetables.

Then add 3 bowls of water. And when it boils, add washed and kept rice.
Add enough salt, hot spices, add lemon and stir and turn off the cooker - 4
When the cooker cools for 3 whistles, take out the 3biryani in a bowl and serve.
