  1. 1 bowlbasmati rice
  2. 1 tspPunjabi Biryani Masala
  3. 1/2green peas
  4. 1 piececarrot
  5. 1no Capsicum
  6. 1no onion
  7. 1no tomato
  8. 3 tsppure ghee
  9. 2 piecescardamom
  10. 5,6 piecescinnamon, cloves
  11. 8green neem leaves
  12. 1 tspasafoetida
  13. According to salty taste
  14. bowlswater
  15. 1 tspoil Coriander as required
  16. 1/2lemon

    AalWash basmati rice and keep it soaked for 1/2 hour. And keep pea leaves, carrot, tomato, onion pieces separately.

    Now put ghee in a pan on gas and add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and green neem and asafoetida, add onions, tomatoes and saute. Add all the vegetables.

    Then add 3 bowls of water. And when it boils, add washed and kept rice.
    Add enough salt, hot spices, add lemon and stir and turn off the cooker

    When the cooker cools for 3 whistles, take out the 3biryani in a bowl and serve.

    This Punjabi Biriyani is very tasty. It is full of various spices and it is very fun to eat. I have served it here.
