Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramslobia Soaked in water overnight
  2. 50 gramsmoong dal soaked
  3. 50 gramschana dal soaked
  4. 4-5green chillies
  5. Handfulcoriander leaves
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt
  8. Small bunch of palak
  9. 2 tbspbhajni or jowar flour for binding
  10. Eno

Steps

    Drain all the Soaked dal.wash and cut palak leaves.Blanch for a minute.

    In a grinder jar add Soaked lobia, green chillies, coriander leaves grind coarsely.

    In a mixing bowl add this mixture, blanched palak, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and bhajni flour.Add whole soaked chana dal, soaked moong dal,mix well.

    Add 1/2 tspoon eno.Activate it.In a plastic paper take lemon size ball flatten it and make hole in the middle.Fry this in oil till reddish brown.

    Serve vada with tomato sauce.
